We had a fantastic time on the rides led by Charles and Nikola. I'm usually the slowest in our group and I was a little worried about having a guide riding behind me. Luckily, I had nothing to worry about. There was no pressure, just support and encouragement! Some of the riding pushed me out of my comfort zone in a good way. The whole group was sad that we only booked one day of guided rides with them. And the food was delicious with options to suit all dietary needs. I would highly recommend this guide team. Charles and Nichola were the very best!!! From the early arrival at our chalet to the safety bike checks, the ride got off to a great start. The initial climb was long, vibrantly green, beautiful and so worth it! We stopped a few times on the way up with good info on what to expect ahead. The stop at the waterfall was lovely. The downhill on Octopus and Kraken was amazingly fun! Loved it so much! At the bottom, we split our diversely skilled riders into 2 groups. The intermediate ride was beautiful and fun with appropriate breaks and info about what was coming up. We rode back to the chalet and had the nicely-packed, super satisfying lunch we had earned. The veggie option was delicious and the local cheeses (Cendrillon and L'Etoile Brie, I think) were really special. The carrots and peppers were a great surprise to top off the meal. The snacks were yummy, too. Our afternoon ride took us to the different, nearby Sucre Trails. Again, fun, lush, flowy, well-built trails with lots of sugaring tubes criss-crossing the woods. Loved the turns and twists, ups and downs. Perfect trails to wrap up the day. We then headed back across the swinging bridge, walking like we are supposed to, and pedaled back to the chalet. We weren't there 5 minutes when the guys in the other group showed up. Not sure how the guides made that happen, but we were all impressed. What a fun, memorable day with friends and 2 great guides! Charles + Nikolas were tip-top guides! Planned + adjusted the routes to meet the needs of our varied group. Knew the VBdN trails to keep us informed of what was coming. Reserve without hesitation.

Our guides, Charles and Nikolas, were great and put together a fantastic day of riding that accommodated our group well. we had 10 riders with a wide range of skills and types of riding they were comfortable with. Our guides took all of our pre-ride input and listened carefully to craft something for everyone. On top of the great riding and friendly guides, they put together a delicious lunch. Would recommend Charles and Nikolas as guides for anyone looking for a great day at Vallée du Bras du Nord! 5 stars!! -Joe
